Food Orders

Due to the nature of freshly prepared food products, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind after an order has been prepared or served.

However, refunds, replacements, or store credits may be considered if:

• The wrong item was provided.
• The order was incomplete.
• The food was significantly different from what was ordered.
• The food was received in an unsatisfactory condition.
• There was a confirmed issue caused by our preparation or service.

Any issues should be reported to our staff immediately upon receiving your order.

Reservation Cancellations

Table reservations may be cancelled at any time prior to your booking.

If a deposit has been paid for a private function, group booking, or special event, refund eligibility will depend on the cancellation notice provided and the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

Delivery Orders

For delivery orders, customers should contact us as soon as possible if:

• The wrong order was delivered.
• Items are missing.
• Food quality does not meet reasonable expectations.

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund after reviewing the issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

• Change of mind after preparation.
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer.
• Delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
• Failure to collect takeaway orders within a reasonable time.
• Personal taste preferences where food has been prepared correctly according to the menu description.
